As you can see from the photos, I'm relaxing up front with the girls. Someone brings me my meals and I have no problem eating every bite. Dr. Pearce said that now he is not planning to do the big, complex surgery, but I may have to have another less complicated surgery. But for right now, my leg gets soaked a couple of times a day, the bandage is off, and my muzzle is on. I'm OK with that. I'm learning how to be friendly and trying to pay attention to the folks around me. I believe that I'm not small animal safe 'cause someone had a real little puppy the other day and I jumped up and was all about trying to get to that puppy. Of course, no harm was done to me or to the puppy, but the girls are watching me now, just to be sure. There is a resident cat at Dr. Pearce's, but I haven't really seen him. That's all for now...... just working on getting better so I can get on with this new phase of my life called "retirement."
There is something so familiar about that 4th leg in the air! Get all better Husky, I'll spring for your very own puppy....stuffy that is!
